Guest Services from the Natural History Museum of Utah requested a custom web application that would serve incoming expected guests. Since at any given time the Natural History Museum of Utah could be expecting any number of guests, it’s important to know and be aware who and when someone enters the facility. This application has helped guest staff coordinate with other staff members to serve any expected guests and provide extra details upon arrival for the guests. The application has increased customer service and improved productivity across the entire organization.
